Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Field Sales
Location: Jaipur (Field-Based)
Experience: 2-5 Years (B2B Sales Preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Salary: Upto 40k + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Visit potential and existing clients daily, including dealers, distributors, OEMs, contractors, architects, fabricators, and industrial customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations whenever required.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports and update customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Required Skills:
- Robust B2B sales and negotiation skills.




- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
