Job Opening: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Bill Verification: End-to-end management of vendor bills, expense control, and ensuring error-free data entry in Tally Prime.
- Banking & Reconciliations: Handling bank-related tasks, vesting, and performing monthly Bank and Vendor/Associate Ledger reconciliations.
- Statutory Compliance: Assisting the CA with GST (filing/reconciliation), TDS (tracking/returns), PF, ESI, and ensuring all statutory challans are maintained.
- Financial Reporting (MIS): Preparing accurate Monthly P&L; statements, state-wise cost analysis, and management reports to track profitability.
- Imprest & Expense Management: Strict monitoring of office, marketing, and team imprested funds including bill verification.
- Receivables & Payables: Tracking bill receivables, aging analysis, and consistent follow-ups with vendors and associates for ledger balancing.
- Payroll & Inter-Branch Accounting:



Coordinating with HR for error-free salary booking for HO and sites; managing complex inter-branch transactions and audits.
- Audit & Documentation: Maintaining physical and digital records for audits, stock verification, and balance sheet finalization.
- Visit for bank related Works, Site Visits ,Managements Works as per policy

Technical Expertise Required:
- Expert-level knowledge of Tally Prime.
- In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reporting and cost analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Inter-branch accounting and financial classifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
