About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the planning, execution, and management of digital platforms and technology-driven projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical exposure to project coordination, software testing, documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational support within a collaborative and fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for existing and upcoming digital platforms and technology projects.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deployment-related tasks to facilitate seamless execution.
- Track project issues, maintain action logs, and follow up with internal teams and stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Support project managers in planning, monitoring,



and executing day-to-day project activities.
- Maintain accurate project records, status reports, and documentation repositories.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting user feedback for project improvements.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support user onboarding, training coordination, and post-deployment activities as required.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, documentation standards, and project timelines.
- Perform additional project coordination and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
