Business Development & Commercial Operations Executive (Inside Technical Sales)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Understand customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up consistently until order closure.
- Develop relationships with QA, Engineering, Purchase, Projects, and Maintenance teams.
- Generate repeat business and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

Commercial Operations
- Coordinate with validation engineers for site scheduling and project execution.
- Track quotation status, purchase orders, reports, invoices, and customer communications.
- Ensure timely project updates and customer responses.
- Maintain CRM and customer records.

Digital & Process Improvement
- Identify and implement digital tools that improve business efficiency.
- Suggest automation using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Create dashboards and reports to support sales and management decisions.




- Continuously recommend improvements to reduce manual work and improve customer experience.

Marketing Support
- Support LinkedIn marketing activities and customer engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Qualification

Ø MBA (Marketing) or BBA with relevant B2B technical sales experience is also welcome.

Ø Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience
- 3-6 years in B2B technical sales, business development, sales coordination, commercial operations, or project coordination.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:
- Cleanroom
- Validation & Certification
- Pharmaceutical Engineering
- Medical Devices
- Laboratory Equipment
- Industrial Equipment
- HVAC / MEP (technical projects)
- Engineering Services
