Position: Store Executive / Store Officer

Location: Chakan, Pune

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and material movement.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper GRN, inward, outward and stock records.
- Issue materials to Production as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper storage, identification and bin/location systems.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC and Accounts departments.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about material shortages.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues, returns and transfers.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the store area.
- Support periodic and monthly stock audits.




- Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to avoid damage or loss.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Stores / Inventory / Warehouse operations.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Bicycle / Engineering manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic knowledge of GRN, material inward/outward and stock reconciliation.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge is required.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage store activities independently and maintain accurate records.
