Job Purpose:
The Business Learning Partner plays a critical role in partnering with business units to identify, design, and implement effective learning and talent development strategies that align with DBS's strategic objectives and foster a future-ready workforce. This role supports the bank's commitment to employee development and talent management

Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Relationship Managers to understand learning needs and develop tailored learning roadmaps, courses, programs, and online learning initiatives
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning interventions to manage current and future expectations of roles within the business unit




- Leverage DBS Academy and external courses/seminars/conferences/certifications to provide comprehensive learning opportunities
- Continuously refine programs and processes to meet DBS's strategies and outcomes
- Integrate leadership development solutions into the bank’s High Potential talent development process
- To implement learning initiatives and projects relating to Leadership Institute and group programmes that meet the Bank’s business goals and direction, in collaboration with appropriate DBS Academy SMEs

Required Experience & Qualification
- Degree holder, preferably in relevant field such as HR, adult education, psychology or behavioural science
- Substantive experience in designing and delivering training programmes to staff up to senior management level
- Valuable facilitation skills to independently conduct training programmes
- Strong programme and project management skills
