Position: Business Head (Port & Shipping Business)

Location - Haldia

Salary: upto 1.5 Lakh/Month

Qualification: B.E. (Electrical or Mechanical) or M.B.A. Marketing/ M.B.A. supply chain.

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Business Head (Port & Shipping Business) & Business Development to oversee the daily operations of a port facility (Mini Port).

As a Business Head (Port & Shipping Business), you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating port activities to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily port operations and ensure efficient cargo handling.
- Daily base customer follow-up with devlopment.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs, and logistics providers.




- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage and lead operational staff and supervisors.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain communication with port authorities and stakeholders.
- Port & shipping business grow.
- Assign New Client.
- Ensure proper maintenance of port equipment and infrastructure.
