Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, build, and run social media campaigns end to end, from concept and calendar to launch and optimisation.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across internal teams and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

Content Ideation & Creation
- Develop original content ideas and formats tailored to each platform and audience.
- Work with designers and creators to produce posts, reels, stories, and other assets that fit the brand voice.

Community Management
- Manage day to day engagement across platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on brand manner.
- Nurture community growth and surface audience feedback that can shape future content.

Trendspotting




- Track emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments, and translate them into relevant content and campaign opportunities.
- Monitor competitor and industry activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Reporting & Insights
- Measure performance across channels and prepare transparent reports on reach, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
- Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve results over time.

Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
- Set up, run, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, managing budgets, targeting, and creative testing.
- Report on spend efficiency and return, and refine campaigns to hit performance goals.

Brand Consistency
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and messaging across every channel and touchpoint.
- Act as a guardian of brand guidelines while finding creative ways to keep the narrative fresh.
