About the role:
- The Business Analysis Associate supports BT Group strategies by assisting in the analysis of profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness across activities, investments, and initiatives. They gather and document business requirements, contribute to discovery sessions, and analyze processes for risks. Additionally, they help prepare project documentation, maintain stakeholder communication, and support team collaboration for successful project execution.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working within the PO Management team, supporting with implementation of processes required for cost recovery and receipting in support of development expenditure for Network OSS
- Effective Billing: You are tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that,



the unit you support - wholly and efficiently recover costs in accordance with approved funding.
- Responsible for maintaining and reconciling Purchase orders and invoices received against approved Demand, supporting the PO Management team to control spend with 3rd party suppliers including assets, licenses and consultancy & Subcon services.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, delivering insights across PO spend and Invoice stages to ensure visibility, accuracy and control over financial performance within MTP.
- Responsible for stopping invalid expenditure and ensuring correct receipting to stop incorrect billing at source.
- Supports on collating insights related to investments and PO status including outlooks at director & team level on a monthly basis
- Address supplier issues and coordinate solutions to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods and services.
