Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Employee Documentation & Onboarding
- Complete employee documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires.

HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle on GreytHR.
- Handle employee profile creation, attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Ensure all HR records are maintained accurately.

Employee Exit Management
- Manage exit formalities, including exit forms and clearance processes.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure a smooth offboarding experience.

Employee Engagement & Recognition
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Organize Weekly and Monthly Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
