Chirag Eye Care | Prayagraj

We are looking for an experienced, confident and patient-focused Senior Optical Advisor to join our premium eye care team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized optical counselling to patients
- Recommend appropriate spectacle lenses and frames based on individual visual needs
- Be well versed in premium and high-end lens categories:
- Have strong knowledge of progressive lenses, anti-reflective coatings, photochromic lenses, blue-light filtering solutions and advanced lens technologies:
- Explain the advantages and differences between various lens options
- Help patients make informed decisions while maintaining a premium, ethical and patient-centric approach
- Coordinate with optometrists, ophthalmologists and optical laboratories
- Manage optical orders, measurements, delivery and follow-up
- Maintain optical inventory and showroom presentation
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Contribute to the growth and development of the optical department




- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in optical retail or an eye care setting:
- Strong knowledge of premium-category spectacle lenses and lens technologies:
- Experience in counselling patients for progressive and premium lenses is highly desirable
- Should have previous job reference and employer details:
- Punctuality, integrity and being a team player is non negotiable:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and qualified appearance
- Patient, empathetic and confident in dealing with customers
- Ability to understand individual patient needs and recommend appropriate solutions
