Training Needs Identification:
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) to assess gaps in behavioral, service excellence, and functional/technical domains.
- Partner with leadership to identify learning needs aligned with business objectives and service excellence.
- Work proactively with stakeholders and/or Corporate L&D; team to develop & deliver training solutions for identified needs
- Training Plan Development & Monitoring:
- Create, publish and communicate the monthly & annual training plan based on L&D; Annual Plan (AOP), unit specific training requirements, compliance training
- Support functional HODS in developing annual training plans for compliance training & departmental training. Support functional HODS in tracking & monitoring implementation of compliance & departmental training
- Track training progress, comparing planned versus conducted sessions.
- Review deployment plans and completion status with unit stakeholders & leadership team on regular basis
- Development of training content to address emerging training needs:




- Support development of learning solutions in the domain of service capability, managerial, personal effectiveness capability for employees & contractual workers
- Integrate e-learning platforms and blended learning solutions to accommodate diverse learning preferences and operational demands
- Training Facilitation & Effectiveness Measurement:
- Lead the facilitation of training programs in alignment with the Learning & Development Annual Operating Plan (L&D; AOP) for the unit. This includes delivering targeted learning interventions such as employee onboarding, service capability enhancement, personal effectiveness & supervisory capability development for both on-roll employees and contractual staff.
- Responsible for assessing training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and implementing measures to evaluate and continuously improve learning outcomes and program impact.
