Job Summary:
The ASMwill be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities across the East region. The role demands solid leadership, technical sales understanding and a proactive approach to expand Giantlok’s market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across Bihar and Jharkhand in East India.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, electrical, OEM and infrastructure sectors.
- Create and Manage relationships with distributors, dealers and key corporate accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to promote new products and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.




- Ensure collection targets and credit control within the assigned region.
- Education: Graduate in Engineering / Science / Business Administration. MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales, preferably in electrical, cable management or related industries.
- Strong network and understanding of the industrial and distribution markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (reports, MIS) and Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel extensively across Patna, Bihar and Jharkhand.
- You must have Laptop and Bike.
