- Handle daily Amazon Seller Account operations
- Create and update product listings
- Upload new products and images
- Maintain product details and descriptions
- Optimize product listings

Order Management
- Monitor daily orders
- Coordinate with dispatch team
- Ensure timely order processing
- Track shipments

Inventory Management
- Update stock regularly
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Inform management for low stock

Customer Handling
- Respond to customer messages
- Handle returns and replacements
- Resolve customer issues professionally

Reporting
- Maintain daily work report
- Track sales performance
- Update management regularly

Requirements:
- Experience in Amazon account handling preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Excel preferred
- Responsible and disciplined
- Good communication skills
