About the Role

What You Will Be Doing- Lead end-to-end delivery of.NET-based implementation and integration programs for enterprise clients
- Manage project portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
- Drive client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor on technology and delivery strategy
- Oversee solution design reviews, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures
- Guide teams in.NET frameworks, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments
- Establish delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement processes
- Collaborate with sales, product,



and engineering teams to align delivery with client needs
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering technical and delivery excellence
- Track KPIs, drive performance reporting, and implement corrective actions for delivery success
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications- Strong experience leading Skilled Services or delivery teams in enterprise technology environments
- Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations, integrations, and transformation programs
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API-driven development
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience in delivery governance, risk management, and program execution methodologies
