Job Overview:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design Development & Space Planning.
- Understand client requirements, project objectives, and design expectations.
- Develop cutting-edge and functional design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
- Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, and design proposals.
- Create efficient space planning solutions that maximize functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, site conditions, and industry standards.

Technical Drawings & Documentation:
- Furniture Layout Plans o Electrical Layouts
- Ceiling Plans o Flooring Layouts
- Elevations & Sections o Joinery & Furniture Details
- Construction Drawings
- Develop accurate technical documentation required for project execution.
- Coordinate drawings with site conditions and execution requirements.

3D Visualization & Presentation:
- Create high-quality 3D models using SketchUp.
- Produce realistic renderings and visual presentations using V-Ray.




- Present design concepts and visualizations to clients and management teams.
- Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Project Coordination & Site Execution:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve on-site design and execution challenges efficiently.
- Monitor workmanship quality and adherence to project standards.
- Track project timelines and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion.

Material Selection & Vendor Management:
- Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and decor elements.
- Coordinate material procurement with vendors and suppliers.
- Compare materials based on quality, functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
- Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and industry partners.
