Key responsibility:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults in machinery and equipment.
- Carry out installation, dismantling, alignment, and commissioning of machines.
- Replace defective mechanical components such as bearings, gears, shafts, couplings, seals, belts, and chains.
- Perform fitting, assembly, and repair work using hand and power tools.
- Ensure smooth operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain lubrication schedules and machine health records.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and spare parts records.
- Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and machine layouts.
- Experience in bearings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and machine alignment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
