Role Description The Performance Marketer will manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital platforms, including planning, setup, optimization, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and keyword research, managing paid search and paid social campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting bids, budgets,



and creatives to meet defined KPIs. The role involves collaborating with creative and account teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and campaign assets that drive conversions. The Performance Marketer will also analyze campaign data, compile insights, and present performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with internal teams and clients to deliver consistent, results-oriented marketing outcomes.
