Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Project teams to provide accurate updates on bookings, payments, documentation, and possession.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding payment schedules, construction progress, registration, and handover timelines.
- Manage customer documentation, agreements, and CRM records with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
- Prepare customer service reports, track pending issues, and ensure adherence to company service standards and turnaround timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
