Lead Electrical Design Engineer

Experience:7 to 9 YearsLocation:Chakan / Nighoje

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical design activities for material handling systems such as conveyors, sorters, elevators, and related automation equipment.
- Prepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and BOMs.
- Design and validate control panels, power distribution, MCCs, and VFD panels.
- Work on PLC-based control systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred).
- Coordinate with mechanical, automation, and project teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and customer specifications.
- Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Guide and mentor junior electrical design engineers.
- Handle technical discussions with clients and resolve design-related queries.

Key Skills Required:




- Strong experience in electrical design for material handling systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD / EPLAN.
- Experience with PLC, VFDs, sensors, motors, and field instruments.
- Good understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Leadership skills with the ability to handle projects independently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-4 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in material handling, conveyors, or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
