About you and the role

Responsibilities
- Design and conduct comprehensive performance and stability evaluations, including dispersion, emulsification, wetting, foaming, rheological behaviour, and compatibility studies.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment (e.g., mixers, viscometers, rheometers, spray dryers, extruders) to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Generate, record, and maintain high-quality,



well-documented experimental data to support internal R&D; initiatives and technical assessments.
- Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety protocols, chemical handling regulations, and quality management systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory information and data management systems, including ELN, CISPro, MOC, and related digital tools.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in chemistry or science related field is strongly required.
- Strong understanding of formulation testing, data interpretation, and laboratory best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple laboratory priorities
