About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Sales Manager to help grow our SaaS business.

This is not a traditional sales role where you simply receive leads and follow up with them. You will be responsible for finding potential customers, reaching out to them, starting conversations, generating opportunities, and helping convert them into paying customers.

You will also be involved in experimenting with different growth and marketing approaches to identify what works best.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B customers and build targeted prospect lists.
- Find the right decision-makers within target companies.
- Write and improve outreach messages, follow-ups, and sales sequences.
- Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and move qualified leads toward purchase.
- Follow up with free/trial users and identify opportunities to convert them into paying customers.
- Research new customer segments, markets,



and acquisition opportunities.
- Explore partnerships and business development opportunities with relevant companies, agencies, and SaaS businesses.
- Assist with LinkedIn and other content-based marketing activities.
- Track leads, conversations, response rates, conversions, and other important growth metrics.
- Test different sales and marketing approaches and continuously improve campaigns based on results.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Take ownership of assigned growth initiatives from planning through execution.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, lead generation, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Solid written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and follow-ups.
