We are seeking an experienced AWS EUC - WorkSpaces Migration Architect to lead the migration of virtual desktop workloads from Azure AVD to AWS End User Computing services. In this role, you will design and execute large-scale desktop transformation programs, drive automation, and mentor engineering teams to ensure seamless migration outcomes with mínimal end-user disruption.

Responsibilities




- Lead migration PODs responsible for migrating virtual desktop workloads from Azure AVD to AWS End User Computing services
- Drive migration planning, wave execution, cutover activities, and post-migration stabilization ensuring mínimal end-user disruption
- Develop and standardize migration runbooks, operational procedures, validation frameworks, and automation assets
- Collaborate with networking, identity, security, and platform teams to ensure successful migration outcomes
- Participate actively in architecture design, proof of concepts, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities
- Automate migration, desktop provisioning, validation, and monitoring processes using Python and AWS-native services
- Mentor migration engineers while ensuring delivery quality, performance, security, and operational excellence
