Job Description (JD) - Sales & Marketing Executive (Architectural Hardware)

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Industry: Architectural Hardware (Door Hardware, Glass Fittings, Digital Locks, Modular Hardware, Aluminium & Architectural Solutions)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Promote architectural hardware products to architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.

Visit construction sites, residential and commercial projects regularly.

Develop new dealers, distributors, and project customers.

Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order closure.

Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for timely project execution.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).

MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience





2-5 years in Architectural Hardware, Building Materials, Construction Products, Aluminium, Glass, Modular Kitchen, UPVC, Tiles, Sanitary, or related industries.

Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of construction drawings and project execution.

Ability to build relationships with architects and consultants.

Strong presentation and sales closing skills.

MS Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel.
