About the Role
We're looking for someone who loves solving problems, staying organized, and making things happen behind the scenes. You'll work closely with Finance, Production, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure smooth financial execution across multiple business verticals. You'll be joining a 2-member Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day order processing,



inventory, and logistics.
- Coordinate with production, vendors, warehouses, and courier partners.
- Track dispatches, deliveries, returns, and inventory movement.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
- Support creator merchandise launches and campaign fulfilment.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for POs, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor payment gateways and resolve delivery or operational issues.
- Identify process improvements to make operations smoother and more efficient.
- Support management with ad-hoc operational tasks and business reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification_-_Graduate (Commerce, Management, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred)
- Experience in Operations, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance Operations, or a related field
- Understanding of B2B, D2C, Creator Merchandise, and Brand Pa
