Operations Executive - Fashion & E-commerce Operations

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations, order fulfillment, customer support, and coordination across our growing fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and workflow coordination.
- Coordinate with production partners, vendors, and logistics providers.
- Handle packaging, labeling, quality checks, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Schedule shipments and track deliveries.
- Manage customer inquiries, order updates, and follow-ups.
- Prepare invoices, challans, and retailer documentation.
- Support sales through customer follow-ups and abandoned checkout recovery.
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic social media posting when required.

Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.




- Familiarity with e-commerce operations, Shopify, and logistics platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic business software.

Preferred Background
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, merchandising, production coordination, e-commerce operations, retail operations, or a similar role.
- Graduates in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Fashion Communication, Apparel Production, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
