Cint seeks an Analyst for our Demand Integrations Team, reporting directly into our regional lead. This is a junior role, supporting the individual regional teams and their customers while having the responsibility for a small, individual portfolio of customers.

The Demand Integrations team's mission is to deliver deep technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.

As Analyst in the Demand Integrations team,



you will support a set of existing customers and the onboarding of current customers. Cint’s goal is to ensure a quick and successful onboarding within a month. You will also be responsible to monitor the health of integrations for various customers and flag any concerning statistics.

Important metrics for every Analyst are the health of the customer’s integration, the growth of the customer and the speed to launch for every new customer.

The Analyst works closely with the Integration Consultants, Customer Success Team and the Account Management. On the technical side, we provide feedback to our internal tech and product teams about customer feedback and their needs.
