Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage daily client interactions, address service-related issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a high standard of service for our corporate and expatriate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain solid client relationships by providing prompt updates and solutions.
- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Track service complaints, update CRM, and follow up until closure.
- Assist in onboarding new tenants by guiding them through service processes.
- Prepare basic reports for client feedback, issue logs, and escalation records.
- Support property managers with check-ins, check-outs, and document collection.




- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with high-profile clients including expats and diplomats.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive / Coordinator in real estate, hospitality, or facility management.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive client situations with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and client-sensitive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
