Role Overview:
The Atlassian Architect is the highest-level individual contributor on the Atlassian Products team, responsible for defining platform architecture, setting technical standards, and solving the most complex problems in HealthEdge's Atlassian environment.



This is not an administration role - it is a design and engineering role. You will own the decisions that shape how the platform is built, governed, and extended, and your work will directly influence how thousands of employees across the company plan, collaborate, and deliver. As HealthEdge moves fully to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, the Architect will also shape the platform's AI readiness — ensuring the architecture supports Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo at enterprise scale.

You will serve as the technical authority for the Atlassian Products team - providing architectural guidance, mentoring Senior and regular Administrators, leading complex solution delivery, and acting as the primary point of escalation for problems that require deep platform expertise. You will also own strategic initiatives including instance governance, automation frameworks, API integrations, and migration or consolidation efforts.
