Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in hiring white-collar, blue-collar, and contractual employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing,



interviewing, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced setting.
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR).
- 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience.- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies for contractual hiring requirements.- Education Qualification
