The Mechanical Fitter/Helper will assist in the assembly, testing, quality inspection, and basic troubleshooting of heat pump units (R410a refrigerant systems) on the production line. This entry-level role supports manufacturing efficiency and product quality under senior supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components of heat pumps (compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans, pumps, valves, sensors, control boards) following engineering drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.
- Support quality control: inspect for defects, record test data (pressure, electrical, performance), and tag non-conformities for rework.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness, inventory parts, and update production records.
- Follow safety protocols (PPE, machine guarding, chemical handling) and assist in line setup/changeovers.

Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience in assembly/testing (freshers with technical aptitude welcome).




- Basic knowledge of hand tools (drill, torque wrench, multimeter). Training provided on heat pumps.
- Ability to read simple drawings/BOMs and work in a fast-paced factory environment (10-hour shifts, possible overtime).
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
