We are looking for an Officer, Sourcing to join our Procurement team at the Alwar Plant. In this role, you will support sourcing and procurement activities for capital projects and manufacturing requirements, helping ensure timely delivery, cost competitiveness,
quality compliance, and robust supplier performance. You will report to the Manager, Planning & Procurement, Aggregates.
This role is based in Alwar, India, and is offered on a third-party contract. The position is an individual contributor role and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams. The role also requires travel, mainly to supplier locations and other relevant business sites as needed.
What you’ll do
Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for customer projects and manufacturing requirements.
Prepare and manage requests for quotations, supplier comparisons, and techno-commercial evaluations.
Coordinate supplier selection, negotiations, purchase order creation, and order follow-up in line with business needs.
