At Decogully, we believe every home should reflect the personality and lifestyle of the people living in it. We're looking for a Design Sales Specialist who is passionate about interior design, enjoys interacting with customers, and can turn design ideas into successful projects.
In this role, you'll guide homeowners through their interior design journey—from understanding their requirements and creating design solutions to helping them make confident decisions. If you love design, enjoy building relationships, and have a flair for sales, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Meet and consult with homeowners to understand their design needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Recommend creative and practical interior solutions, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home furniture.
- Prepare design concepts, space-planning ideas, and project proposals.
- Build trust with clients and provide a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with designers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in Home Interior Sales, Modular Furniture, Residential Interior Design, or a similar field.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Valuable understanding of residential interiors, modular solutions, and space planning.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for both design and sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D visualization software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
