About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer inquiries and RFQs from the sales team.
- Review and understand tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on project requirements and customer specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for gas detection systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical clarifications and costing.
- Prepare cost estimates and support quotation preparation.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining accuracy and quality.




- Maintain proposal documentation and records for future reference.
- Support the sales team during pre-bid and post-bid activities, as required.
- Technical discussion with customers.
- Updating CRM on day-to-day basis
- Coordination with Sales team regularly.
- Maintaining the costing sheet.
- Techno-Commercial discussions with the parent companies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
