JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Social Media Executive

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- _Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts and the company's own social media platforms._
- _Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines._
- _Write engaging, creative, and platform-specific content for social media posts, captions, reels, stories, and campaigns._
- _Develop cutting-edge content ideas that increase audience engagement, reach, and brand awareness._
- _Actively manage and grow the company's social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube._
- _Work as a _Brand Strategist_ _by understanding each client's business goals and creating social media strategies that strengthen their online presence._
- _Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns._
- _Review creatives and content before publishing to maintain quality and brand consistency._




- _Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights._
- _Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities._

Required Skills:
- _Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.._
- _Experience in content planning, content creation, and campaign execution._
- _Ability to create engaging and audience-focused social media content._
- _Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously._
- _Basic knowledge of analytics tools and social media insights._
- _Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling tools._
- _Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus._

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
