Job description:
- As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be a key member of Hitachi Energy s India Talent Acquisition team, contributing to the development of a global, future-ready workforce. Talent Acquisition team plays a criticalrole in Hitachi Energy s strategy of building an integrated global value chain where sourcing excellence, talent intelligence, and recruitment capabilities are shared across regions to enable agility, efficiency, and high-impact business outcomes. As an integralpart of our HR and Talent organization, you will help drive data-driven sourcing practices that strengthen our global talent pipelines. Your expertise will directly support Hitachi Energy s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and strategic workforceplanning across international markets.

Role and Responsibility:
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across technical and corporate functions.




- Leverage advanced sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, social channels, and specialized talent databases.
- Conduct in-depth market research, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current, forecasted, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner collaboratively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and refine search strategies.
- Provide data-backed insights on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze and report sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health to support continuous improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
