Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products and explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, returns, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Assist with POS billing and payment transactions.
- Receive, arrange, and replenish products on the sales floor.
- Monitor stock availability and assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA,



Retail Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and MS Office is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
