-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
- Capable to understand portals, and compelling job descriptions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fi ll, source of hire) and provide regular reports
- Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
- Robust understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Profi ciency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri etc, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
