- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click rates, conversions, retention, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and internal teams to execute campaigns efficiently.

Requirements:
- Education: Recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools, automation platforms, and new technologies for marketing tasks.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and self-learning abilities.
- Ability to understand processes quickly and work independently with mínimal support.
- Familiarity with eCommerce brands, online shopping trends, or consumer behaviour is a plus.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet research.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
