Hi, I'm Swapnica Jain, founder of a digital marketing and brand growth agency with over 13 years of experience working with global brands across fashion, skincare, wellness, coaching, and salons. I work closely 1:1 with my clients and I'm looking for one creative person to join me in-office and take full ownership of the creative direction across our client accounts.

This is not an execution-only role. I'm not looking for someone who waits for instructions and replicates what they're told. I'm looking for someone who looks at a brand and already has ideas - someone who can conceptualise campaigns, think in aesthetics, and then bring those ideas to life themselves.

What You'll Own:
- Creative Conceptualisation_
- Study each client's brand, audience, and industry and develop original creative directions
- Conceptualise content themes, campaign ideas, and visual narratives — not just individual posts
- Bring ideas to the table before being asked — "here's what I think we should do this month and why"
- Understand what performs on each platform and let that inform your creative decisions,



not just what looks positive
- Design & Execution_
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, reels covers, and stories
- Create Pinterest creatives built for traffic and brand aesthetic
- Design Meta Ads — static and carousel formats across multiple industries
- Build and deploy campaigns directly inside Klaviyo and Mailchimp
- Create short-form video content and reels using CapCut or similar tools
- Brand Thinking_
- Hold the visual identity of multiple brands simultaneously without losing each one's distinctiveness
- Work across fashion, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, and coaching — different aesthetics, different audiences
- Flag when something feels off-brand before it goes to the client

Tools You Should Know:
- Canva (advanced — you use it creatively, not just templating)
- Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp (build and send, not just design)
- Instagram Edits,
