We are looking for an experienced Commi I - South Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team. If you are passionate about authentic South Indian cuisine and have experience in branded hotels or resorts, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine
- Experience in a branded hotel or resort is preferred
- Good knowledge of South Indian recipes, preparation techniques, and food hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
