To support import operations for the RJ Corp group including VBL, DIL, and other entities of the group. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's export operations, ensuring effective and cost-effective import processes while adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Customs Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely customs declarations for imported goods.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from the point of origin to the destination.
- Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation:
- Manage and organize import documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of all import-related documents.
- MIS Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import transactions.
- Generate reports to track import performance and identify areas for improvement.
