Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Lead to manage and drive the performance of our Tiles & Ceramic retail business under the La Optionz brand. The role requires solid expertise in showroom sales, customer relationship management, team leadership, and retail operations. The Retail Lead will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, improving showroom productivity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage day-to-day retail showroom operations, ensuring seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise showroom sales executives and support staff, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Monitor customer inquiries, quotations, conversions,



and order closures to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and institutional customers.
- Ensure effective product presentation, merchandising standards, and showroom aesthetics.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase showroom footfall and customer acquisition.
- Track sales performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average billing value.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory movement and support stock planning to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Handle customer complaints, service issues, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
