Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust demand and supply planning models to support business objectives.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to forecast inventory requirements.
- Collaborate with global planning and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and products.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and reduce the risk of stockouts.
- Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide visibility into slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB), including aging inventory, reports and drive reduction action plans with Sales and Marketing.
- Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process, including data consolidation, preparation, and insights generation.
- Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system and maintain planning parameters and master data effectively.
- Coordinate product lifecycle transitions, including rollovers and end-of-life planning,



to manage availability and mitigate inventory risks.
- Engage and collaborate with third-party vendors and logistics providers to improve lead times and service levels.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure alignment with supply chain plans.

Qualifications:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics roles.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
