Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and viral content formats to recommend innovative content ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external partners to develop impactful social media campaigns.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, briefing,



content approvals, campaign tracking, and timely delivery.
- Maintain and regularly update the influencer database, including collaboration history, performance, and commercial details.
- Monitor influencer content, campaign performance, and ROI, preparing post-campaign reports with recommendations for future activations.
- Stay informed about emerging creators, industry trends, and competitor influencer activities.

Requirements:
- 1- 2 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Solid understanding of social media best practices, content planning, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-pace
