- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, align recruitment strategies, and develop effective hiring plans that meet business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, campus hiring initiatives, internal mobility programs, and other recruitment platforms to attract high-quality talent.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), maintain accurate recruitment data, and ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and applicable employment regulations.
