Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for PTL and other logistics services
- Identify and generate new business leads in the transport and logistics sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate customers
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and rate quotations
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain customer databases and track sales performance metrics
- Participate in client meetings, field visits, and promotional events

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the transport/logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of Part Truck Load (PTL) services is essential
- Valuable communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of regional transport markets, especially North Bengal and Northeast India
- Experience in B2B marketing or logistics sales
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
