Verve Textiles is a leading têxtile design studio creating original designs for home furnishings and international markets. We are looking for a talented Artist who has exceptional hand-drawing and painting skills and can translate creative ideas into beautiful têxtile artwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Create original hand-painted and hand-drawn artworks for têxtile collections.
- Develop floral, botanical, Jacobean, paisley, scenic, conversational, and decorative motifs.
- Produce detailed illustrations using watercolour, gouache, acrylics, inks, pencils, or mixed media.
- Convert concepts and mood boards into commercially viable têxtile designs.
- Work closely with the design team to develop seasonal collections.
- Prepare artwork suitable for digitisation and CAD development.
- Maintain consistency in style, scale, colour, and detailing.
- Research design trends while creating unique and original artwork.

Requirements:
- Excellent freehand drawing and sketching skills.
- Strong painting skills with watercolours,



gouache, acrylics, or other traditional mediums.
- Ability to create highly detailed floral and ornamental artwork.
- Good understanding of composition, colour, texture, and balance.
- Strong creativity with the ability to work across multiple design styles.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a design team.
- A robust portfolio showcasing original hand-painted and illustrated work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Textile Design, Illustration, or a related field.
- 1-5+ years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are also encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is an added advantage.
