Job Description: SEO & Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, curious SEO & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing D2C brand. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our organic search and social presence — helping more customers discover us on Google and connect with our brand across Instagram, Linkedin, and other platforms. This is a outstanding role for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build real, measurable skills across content, SEO, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

SEO
- Conduct keyword research to identify content and product-page opportunities
- Optimize product listings, category pages, and blog content for on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking)
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and page performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics




- Support technical SEO audits (site speed, broken links, mobile usability) alongside the dev team
- Research competitor SEO strategies and identify content gaps

Social Media
- Plan and execute the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Write captions, source/edit visuals and short-form video, and coordinate with designers or creators
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement; respond in brand voice
- Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR) and report weekly insights
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats relevant to D2C brands

Cross-functional
- Collaborate with the content, design, and paid media teams to align organic efforts with campaigns
- Support influencer/UGC outreach and repurposing of creator content
- Assist with monthly reporting on SEO and social KPIs
