Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize project sales and revenue.

Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Generate high-quality leads through channel partners, referrals, digital platforms, and direct sales initiatives.

Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close high-value deals.

Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.

Ensure timely sales closures, documentation, booking formalities, and payment collections.

Coordinate with the Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, MIS, and pipeline analysis to senior management.

Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies,



and industry standards.

Handle customer escalations and ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Educational Qualification
